These bad reviews make me laugh! As a former employee for the company. There so spot on it’s ridiculous. The leadership starts from the top. Brian was a great lot manger just the ppl above him don’t listen or do the work to know!
In 20 years, I have never experienced exceptional customer service from all levels of employees. From porters to mechanics manager, everyone I encountered went above and beyond their area of responsibility to help. That is how you retain loyal clients.
Updated look and orderly for the most part. Sometimes there are cars in the wrong spot. The lanes are clearly marked alphabetically, however, when you need to find a car, they will be in the wrong spot. Service people are very nice. Also love the break rooms that are fully stocked. The place is very clean so I'm glad they do a good job of that.
Poor customer service & communication by manager. I was kicked out just because “my employee does not lie” after being falsely accused without proof. Good management skills requires good attitude, listening and patience.
I love buying from metro Auto Auction but guys don't do business with Bavo Inc bad cars bad attitude and they run cars Green Light with a lots of mechanical problems they don't care about customers they make you spend money on PSI for no reason..careless

We travel from Wisconsin a few times a year and I look forward to coming to Metro every. single. time. First, the employees that work there are SO WONDERFUL. They are so kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. Second, it is SO CLEAN. From the bathrooms, the lounge area, and even the lot to look at the cars.

Very quick auctions of automobiles but sometimes they have a reserve price if that is not received they will not sell the same.
5 stars Indeed . Been coming here for years. The lay out is beautifully desinged. The place is always clean . Customer service agents at the desk are awesome , as well the supervisors driving us around the to assigned vehicles/spots. Never had a problem until today , around 3:00 pm may 21st the rudest lady I’ve ever dealt with in the car business. She’ll better off in a different location , maybe janitor or some place were ppl do not see her , I just never met a rude employee at metro like her .
